Deep inside, at our innermost core, we are all aware that we are love itself. We all have an amazing capacity to love, we are the source of love. Our minds may give us a million reasons and deny the fact, but remember, you are not your mind. Out from the core of our being emanate the most powerful, the most awesome and divine loving vibration. But sometimes this is hard to understand as we are stuck with some old feelings and also negative thinking patterns which we may have learned from others.
Try to imagine that you are taking out all the negative from inside yourself, the negative that surrounds your heart. We all carry around judgement. Grab the heaviness… the guilt… the shame… and let go of it all! Send it back to where it came from in the first place. Throw it all deeply into the ground and let Mother Earth ‘recycle’ it for you, where it is consumed with love. Open up to love and your heart will open wider. Practise this every day and you will soon notice a change in your every day thinking and in your every day life. You can focus this warm, beautiful, loving feeling into the people who touch your life and become a bigger channel of love for others. Our hearts are beaming with golden-white light and we ARE the infinite supply of love.
Become aware of how good it feels to love. The more you do that, the more you open up for more love for yourself. Let go of how you think and enjoy the feelings that flow through you and watch your whole life shift and transform.
