Thoughts affect your attitude, body language, physiology as well as your motivation to act. Thoughts are powerful and they affect everything you do. Negative thoughts have a negative affect on you, they weaken you, control your behaviour, they can even make you spill things, stutter, make you moody, depressed, tense and they make you breathe shallowly. The breathing rate as well as the heart rate are physiological changes which occur for every thought you think. Your thinking affects every cell in your body.
Control and master your thoughts – as that is your ‘job’. You are in charge and 100% responsible.
From my knowledge, the average person talks to themselves approximately 56,000 words in a 24 hour day. 77% of the self talk is negative I.e. “ I don’t like my hair today”, “ I’m not a speaker”, “ I’m always late”, “ I shouldn’t have said that”, “ Nobody likes me”, “ I’m not a good swimmer”, “ I can’t dance”, “ I can’t cook”, “ I will never loose weight”, “ I just can’t get organised”.
When you think positive, your thoughts have a positive affect on your body, your moods, your motivation to act. Positive thoughts make you balanced, relaxed, happy, patient, even more loving. Your whole being is renewed, when you reach congruency.
Step back and think seriously on what is going on inside of you. To change your personal history (emotions), you have to change your strategy. By stepping back from your thinking you go to a higher psychological level and change will take place. Without changing the level of your thinking, you cannot change the problems which have been created by the same thoughts.
Self-reflexivity is one of the most beautiful qualities of the human mind. Not only do we think about something that has happened, we also think about the thought we had about it. In a fraction of a second, we form thoughts at the back of our minds. By feeling how your emotions are changing, you will find a whole new part of you when you finally discover your positive intention.
There is a part of you that desires you to be better, feel better and be everything you can be and therefore you enjoy more confidence in yourself, as well as increasing your self-esteem, and trusting yourself more. Live a more prosperous life. Go for your dreams. Realise that you are important in the world, you are of unique value. Thank yourself for the beautiful, wonderful human being you are and believe in yourself.
Everyone has negative thoughts but we can beat them and therefore out negative emotions. Geniuses and high achievers are the ones who have already mastered their thoughts and emotions. With an effective strategy or plan, you will make progress, function properly and accomplish your desired goals, as well as radiating more energy, vitality and health. Than you will get out of life what it is you really want and live a life full of abundance.
